We have arrived at a time where good men must act, and stand for the principles on which this country was founded or we will lose it. Benjamin Franklin even voiced concern as to whether we could keep our republic.
So let’s be honest; Mitch McConnell is not a good man, nor a brave man. ‘Chief Justice’ John Roberts is not good man, nor is he a brave man. Mike Pence is not a good man, nor a brave man. Mr. Pence is particularly insidious because he pays lip service to Almighty God, then proceeds to forsake his brother in the White House and the millions of supporters who legally voted for, and produced a landslide victory for him.
Edmund Burke stated “The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing.” We have observed since the election, simply finding a good man in the halls of our federal and state judiciary, or legislature, have proven to be a tough endeavor. A few remain such as Rep. Matt Gaetz, Rep. Jim Jordan, Rep. Devin Nunes, Sen Josh Hawley, and Sen. Ted Cruz, but it still does not assuage our disappointment in the so-called ‘leadership’ of our country. All good Republicans should have stood against what we all know; the election on November 3 was a fraud and a sham on the Ameri-can people and a crime against the freedoms enshrined in our Constitution.
To those Republicans in our federal government who continue to cower, I suggest you take some time and visit the military cemeteries around the world where you will find buried, brave Ameri-cans who fought and died willingly for the preservation of freedom and our United States of America. And, while you’re walking row upon row of these hallowed grounds, imagine, if you possess the capability, what the cost of freedom is. Attempt the realization that every one of those graves represents someone’s life and another’s beloved son, or father, or husband whom they never saw again. When they left home for their duty they were never to see home again. Republicans, you are guilty of cheapening the du-ties of the fallen and have betrayed their memories like the proverbial pearls to swine.
We are already aware of what the Democrat’s amoral agenda is (the taking of un-born innocent life, the party of racism, the KKK, Jim Crow, taxing and spend-ing…) and it has been a given for years. Now how-ever, too many high level Republicans, have shown the world the value they as-sign to our freedom. With not even a whimper, they failed their oath and country. They have demonstrated coward-ice in its most unadulterated form and as far as millions of us are concerned, are through. This lack of action leads us to one or both of two conclusions. One, as already stated, are cowards, or two, they are sleeping with the enemy. Cowardice and collusion will lead to their political conclusion.
General George Washington and his patriot soldiers, who fought far outnumbered by the British, inadequately sup-plied, fought off the plagues of smallpox, typhus, and chilling cold. Without them, this nation would have never existed. Nor would it have continued to exist throughout the last 200 years, but for, other courageous and uncorrupt men and women. George Washington pre-served his honor and left an enduring example. Some of todays ‘brave warriors’ in D.C. seek to save their pathetic political lives and, in the process, put this nation at risk. Other brave men and women will arise. This nation will survive. In the future cowards and connivers will soon leave the scene, forever cloaked in infamy.
